Space to develop community activities, arts and crafts center, multipurpose room and neighborhood assistance in the neighborhood of La Boca. 

This project was based on bioclimatic architecture, also incorporating the language of the environment, seeking to improve the quality of life, displaying turn the poetry of the place.
