Sebastián Cabral is a Wellbeing and Expression Coach who has been leading transformative inner growth retreats in India, Europe, and Latin America for 12 years. He helps individuals unlock their authentic voice and creative power through emotional release and self-discovery. Notably, he led the opening at the international Festival of Consciousness in Barcelona and has facilitated large-scale international wellness events, including collaborations at the world-renowned Casa Batlló. His immersive experiences, both in-person and virtual, integrate mindfulness, neuroscience, releasing the inner potential through expression and emotional healing, offering participants deep personal transformation.
