FRIDAY:RELEASE
CLASS 1: from 5:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Meditation and awareness of the voice rooted in the heart. Practice of rooting our sound and anchoring our new voice, our purpose and intentions to connect with the depths of our Being, channeling our creativity and expression
SATURDAY:TRUST - EXPAND AND VIBRATE FROM THE HEART

In this practice we will seek to reconnect with the creative force of life and our expression as its vehicle. Discover ourselves as an instrument that came to create the world you want to inhabit, that world that is born from the desires of our hearts and is expressed with our voice and sound. We will approach it from the Naad yoga, the liberation of the voice and the conscious movement.
Kundalini practice after breakfast from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
CLASS 3: Reconnection with the creative and expressive force of our voice.
Awaken the strength of our Being, expand our sound body, recover the expression of our voice and our body. Entangle ourselves with other voices, creating a collective song, a prayer, a ritual with our voice, feeling the power of our united voices. We will approach it from circular chants and mantra chants.
Ritual moment after dinner: Circle of words and songs.
Plant our intentions. Expressing our internal world.
SUNDAY:SYNTHESIS
Kundalini class from 7:30 to 9:15
CLASS 4: from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. The song that springs from within. Route to freedom.
The last day will be a unique experience, we will enter into a dialogue with ourselves, giving ourselves permission to explore those sounds that have been waiting for patients for a long time, waiting to be recognized and needing your voice. Sounds and words that need to be heard by you. We will close the meeting by singing some mantras to enhance the strength of our hearts, which will accompany us in this great rebirth and you can continue singing them at home.
